Angeles City, Pampanga | August 8, 2025 — JDN Realty Group and Connext International Inc. signed a new Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for additional office space at Nepo Center's eNtec1 building, marking another expansion milestone in their ongoing partnership.

Connext will now occupy space on the 2nd floor, bringing their total footprint to nearly 2,800 square meters across three floors. The company first moved into the 8th floor in 2020, expanded to the 5th floor in 2022, and now adds a third floor in 2025: demonstrating consistent year-over-year growth at the property.
