JDN Realty Group brought its people together once again on September 18, 2026, for its Q3 employee birthday celebration at Nepo Center.

What began as a simple quarterly gathering has, over time, become something employees quietly look forward to, a space where job titles are set aside, if only for an afternoon, and everyone is simply part of the same celebration. This quarter carried a little more meaning than most, as the very person leading the company found himself seated among his own employees, celebrating a birthday the same way everyone else does, with cake, laughter, and company.
