On September 10, 2026, JDN Realty Group joined the Third Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill, with all business units across Nepo Center participating alongside tenant partners and mall-goers.


Led by JDN's Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Team, employees, tenant partners, and mall-goers within Nepo Center paused at exactly 2:00 PM to practice the "duck, cover, and hold" protocol, followed by a coordinated evacuation, a shared effort that reflects JDN Realty Group's continuing commitment to the safety of everyone who works, shops, and does business within its properties.



Every second counts in preparedness, and every drill brings everyone one step closer to being ready when it matters most.
