JDN BRAND AMBASSADOR & MISS NEPO 2026 MOA SIGNING
Every brand is, in the end, a story told through people. On August 13, 2026, JDN Realty Group added a new chapter to its own, formally welcoming Corinne Deanna V. Chua as JDN Brand Ambassador and Arielle Maritoni D. Cabatana as Miss Nepo 2026 in a ceremonial Memorandum of Agreement signing held at eNtec 1, Nepo Center, Angeles City.
It was a quiet kind of milestone, marked not by fanfare but by signatures, family, and a shared understanding of what the roles ahead would mean. For a company that has built decades of presence across Pampanga, Pangasinan, and Nueva Ecija, the moment underscored a belief that has long JDN: that a brand earns its strength through the people who choose to uphold it.
"At JDN, we have always believed that the strongest representation of who we are does not come from buildings or business figures alone. It comes from the people who stand for our values in the spaces we create and in the communities we serve," said Aaron Jeffrey Montenegro, JDN Realty Group President and CEO.
Chua and Cabatana each voiced their gratitude for the opportunity, both eager to step into the roles they now hold as they officially join the JDN family. Theirs is a responsibility that reaches beyond a title, calling them to embody, in real and everyday ways, what JDN has spent decades building.
For Chua, that calling sits especially close to heart. As JDN Brand Ambassador, she steps into a role deeply intertwined with Juan HEART, the company's corporate citizenship arm, lending her voice and presence to the causes JDN has long championed across its properties.
Together, Chua and Cabatana now embody the full breadth of JDN Realty Group, from the retail, lifestyle, and office spaces that anchor its everyday presence, to the community and outreach initiatives that define its heart. Cabatana succeeds Allyson Hetland, Miss Nepo 2025, who is now competing at Miss Supranational, extending a legacy of representation that JDN has long invested in.

The signing was witnessed by JDN leadership and the families of both Chua and Cabatana, who gathered not just to witness a milestone, but to be part of its beginning.
