𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚 | 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – Recognition for sustained growth and impact in Central Luzon was marked as Punto Central Luzon Newspaper named JDN Realty Group as its Business Icon of the Year 2026, with the formal presentation of its special feature held at the JDN Boardroom in eNtec 1.

The framed feature was presented by Editor Bong Z. Lacson and Business-Marketing Manager Ning V. Cordero to Chairman Arni Valdes, and President and CEO Aaron Jeffrey Montenegro, joined by members of the Marketing Communications team.

During the presentation, Valdes shared a personal reflection rooted in the values passed down within the Nepomuceno family.

The recognition reflects JDN Realty’s continued expansion and role in shaping developments that serve both business and community. From strengthening its retail presence in Nueva Ecija to supporting industry growth through office developments, the company has steadily built spaces that respond to evolving needs.
