Angeles City, Pampanga | August 12, 2025 — JDN Realty has expanded its corporate social responsibility efforts with the enhancement of Farm ni Juan, a long-running community program that supports local farmers and Aeta communities. New kiosks have been built at The Quad, Nepo Center, providing better facilities for vendors who continue to sell their own produce and handmade goods directly to customers.

Farm ni Juan has remained active every weekend since its launch in 2023, offering fresh, farm-to-table products to the public. What began as a simple weekend market has grown into a sustained livelihood partnership. With this latest upgrade, JDN is deepening its role in empowering grassroots communities through accessible, dignified, and long-term support.

The kiosks are now used by vendors who plant, prepare, and sell their own products. Customers can buy straight from the people who made them. This helps support their livelihood and keeps traditional farming and crafts alive.

This initiative is part of JDN Realty’s commitment to do more than just build spaces. The company has long provided free space and utilities to support local vendors. With the addition of newly built kiosks, JDN continues to uplift communities and help build a more inclusive and fair economy.

Coinciding with two special occasions — the 102nd year of Angeles Electric and the birthday of Doña Teresa “Imang Nena” Nepomuceno, Farm ni Juan continues to welcome the community to enjoy fresh produce and local goods. The market is open every Friday to Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Nepo Center in Angeles City, near Southstar Drug and Fresh Options.
