San Isidro, San Fernando, Pampanga — Continuous heavy rains in recent weeks have left communities in Pampanga struggling with prolonged flooding, displacing families and straining daily life for hundreds of residents. In response, JDN Realty Group, through its corporate social responsibility platform Juan HEART, visited the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) office in San Fernando on September 4, 2026, to turn over assistance intended for families most affected by the flooding.

JDN leadership, led by AVP for Administration Maribel Ronquillo and AVP for Finance Raquel Pangilinan, together with employees who volunteered for the initiative, turned over 490 grocery packs containing essential supplies to the DSWD for distribution to affected households as they continue to recover from weeks of flooding.

The assistance was formally received by the DSWD, which will facilitate the distribution to affected areas and ensure that the relief reaches communities in need. The effort reflects the importance of coordinated response during times of hardship, with organizations working together to bring assistance where it is needed most.

The initiative was carried out in coordination with the Department of Social Welfare and Development, through Mr. Ferdie Canlas, whose assistance helped ensure that the support could be properly turned over for distribution to affected communities.
