Summary:
The Marketing Associate – Corporate Events and Partnerships plays a strategic and revenue-focused role in JDN Realty Group’s Marketing Department. The role is primarily responsible for conceptualizing, managing, and executing corporate-initiated events, building institutional partnerships, and driving marketing revenue through advertising spaces and sponsorship acquisition.
As the “Marketing In-Flow” arm of the department, this position ensures that brand-building efforts also translate into sustainable financial support for marketing campaigns and programs. The role works closely with the Communications, Creatives, and Retail Events teams to ensure brand alignment and execution excellence across platforms.
This position will also supervise one Marketing Associate under the Corporate Events and Partnerships Team.
Responsibilities:
A. Corporate Events & Brand Partnerships

Plan, initiate, and manage external-facing events such as marathons, golf tournaments, trade fairs, and networking events that enhance the brand image of JDN Realty Group.

Handle corporate-led brand activations that take place outside the retail units, or those tied to third-party sponsorship deals (e.g., executing a GCash Christmas event inside a JDN mall).

Lead the company's participation in relevant external events and oversee event-related executions in partnership agreements.

Initiate, manage, and execute corporate events that support the marketing objectives of the Office Spaces vertical of JDN Realty Group.
B. Sponsorships & Revenue Generation

Act as the primary lead for acquiring sponsors for both corporate-led and retail-led events, helping raise target budgets in collaboration with other marketing teams (e.g., Php200,000 for a Christmas event).

Develop and maintain a sponsorship wallet—building a pipeline of institutional partners and corporate sponsors.

Drive advertising space sales across JDN properties and ensure revenue targets are consistently met.

Negotiate and close sponsorship deals, monitor performance, and submit revenue reports regularly to the Head of Marketing.
C. Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with the Retail Events Team (which handles in-mall experiential activations), Communications Team (for marketing communication and brand communications), and Creatives Team (for creative direction) to deliver well-integrated campaigns.

Coordinate with JDN Realty Group’s shared service departments, and third-party agencies or sponsors to align event and partnership executions.
D. Research & Strategic Input

Conduct regular research on industry trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities that will aid in tactical and strategic planning.

Generate insights that will inform event concepts, revenue strategies, and partnership direction.
E. Administrative Support

Prepare event proposals, MOAs, presentations, post-event reports, and sponsorship decks.

Monitor event budgets, prepare liquidation reports, and ensure compliance with financial and procurement processes.

Ensure documentation of partnership assets, timelines, and implementation benchmarks.
Qualifications
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:

Undergraduate with extensive experiences and exposure in university organizations
