Finance Supervisor
Summary:
The Finance Supervisor is a leadership role responsible for ensuring the accurate, reliable, and timely completion of financial reports and statements across JDN Realty Group’s diverse portfolio, including corporate offices, malls, and marts. This position oversees the daily financial operations of the section, ensuring transactional integrity, compliance with government requirements, and the smooth flow of accounting and finance activities at the site and corporate levels. The Supervisor acts as a key technical resource, providing data-driven recommendations to management to support the company’s financial stability and growth.
The role involves addressing financial problems that require a moderate to high degree of analysis, problem-solving, and creative judgment, particularly when evaluating complex systems and procedures to recommend necessary improvements for the department. Because errors in this position affect the entire company’s financial standing and operational integrity, there is a significant risk that inaccurate data or delayed reports may only be detected in subsequent stages—such as bank reconciliations or government exception reports—thereby increasing the risk of penalties.
